🛠 Role Overview
Design, develop, and maintain core systems powering customer-facing AI products.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver features end-to-end — from front-end interfaces to back-end services.
Work on high-impact agentic workflows powered by LLMs.
Contribute to high-quality UI/UX, building fast, visually polished, and intuitive components.
Drive product development with a strong sense of customer empathy and ownership.
✅ Ideal Candidate
Experience & Background
4+ years of experience as a full-stack software engineer.
Previous experience at a fast-moving start-up known for strong engineering practices (e.g., Scale, Ramp, or similar).
Hands-on experience building AI agentic workflows or LLM-powered applications.
Holds a CS degree from a top-tier university (MIT, Stanford, Waterloo, Harvard, etc.).
Technical Skills
Proficient with modern full-stack technologies: React, Next.js, Django, PostgreSQL, GCP.
Comfortable working with LLMs and integrating AI into user-facing products.
Strong UI instincts with the ability to implement pixel-perfect interfaces and smooth user flows.
